If you are returning an item for an exchange due to damaged or faulty upon receipt or incorrect size, BMX.Co will ship your exchange freight free!
All other returns/reoders will be charged the standarded delivery fees.

For your protection, we suggest that you ship the Goods to us with a freight service that provides a 'Signature Required on Delivery' option.
Please ensure you retain a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement or refund.
If you have received your order and you have realised it doesn't fit; it's the wrong size or colour; or it's faulty/damaged let us know immediately so we can organise an exchange or refund for you.
Shipping charges to return the Goods back to BMX.Co is at the customers cost, however BMX.Co will ship your exchange Freight Free!
Please note:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Goods must be in original and in undamaged packaging
- Goods must not be fitted or used
- Clothing and apparel items must have tags still attached and not be used
Goods CANNOT be returned or exchanged if the you have simply changed your mind.
Refunds - refunds are processed via method of payment.
Example: If your order is paid via Credit Card, your refund will be refunded back to your Credit Card.
If via Bank Transfer, we will request your bank details and refund back to your bank account.
If we have sent you an item which is different to what is listed on your invoice, let us know immediately so we can correct it for you.
We will reimburse you your shipping fees to return the item back to us (proof of shipping invoice required) and we will ship your correct item Freight Free!

All Goods purchased from BMX.Co.NZ are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. The duration of this warranty is normally 1 year but some manufacturers offer an extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects. They do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that Goods purchased from BMX.Co.NZ has developed a fault then please contact us immediately before returning the Goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring freight costs.
Please note:
- Goods must be clean, not covered in dirt, muck or oil
- Please be honest when dealing with us, we will endeavour to resolve any problems you have as it is in our best interest to have a happy customer!
- Freight costs cannot be covered on the returned item
Upon receipt of your item, we will assess the item and a replacement item will be dispatched once approved.
We will contact you if there are cases where the item is not deemed to be valid for warranty.
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods and services sold in New Zealand.
In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
